DMXcas parameters and fixture profiles (multiple responses)

What is the difference between “DMXcas Dimmer” and “DMXcas Gateway” fixture profiles?

As we work very closely with Casambi, we needed to make the product a Gateway, so that is what it is today. They are the same. Dimmer is a product style, not a profile, the Gateway is what they all are now. No change in the way it works at all, just how it is presented in the app.

Could you explain in detail how  “TX delay CHx” parameters are supposed to be used?

This is a clever method to not overwhelm the Casambi network with a ton of messages if you have many DMXcas devices on the network, all connected in parallel to get more than 4 channels of use from the DMX universe. Each channel can be delayed in its wireless transmission to allow for the Casambi network to handle fast changes this way. This does slow down how fast you can make DMX changes since you need to let all of your channels resolve to the network, but this allows a lot of channels using many DMXcas units to not miss packets due to network flooding.
