We have a setup where we have several channels connected to and beyond channel 5. Channel 5 is not responding.
Please check your version and update the firmware of your casDMX.
Checked for updated app and version. Attempting on a 4-channel setup. Recommended she connects to a different DMX controller – it worked albeit on a three-channel controller.
